Situational Judgment Test
The following questionnaire is a situational judgement test (SJT) aimed at assessing the fairness of teaching in primary & secondary school. To build this SJT, we collected real situations of discriminations from teachers all over Europe, linked to gender, race, religion, disability, or intersectional, as well as four possible reactions to each situation.
In order to make our SJT more useful to teachers in their daily activities, we need your expertise to help us rank how fair these four possible reactions are. Concretely, you will be presented teaching-specific situations with discriminations. For each situation, rank from the proposed reactions from the fairest to the unfairest. You can also leave comments if you have ideas of other possible reactions.
The “Fairness in Teaching” team thanks you for helping us improve the relevance of our SJT, and contributing to making teaching fairer.
