"Rencontre des égalistiques", a meeting to celebrate gender equality

Why not organise an inter-school gender equality meeting?

This event is a celebration of gender equality. Parents are invited to attend. All the posters created in class by the pupils before the event are exhibited for all to see. Artistic performances take place all day long such as songs, dances and plays. It is a special day organised by the gender equality group of the French local school authority from Moselle. It is the result of a partnership with the city of Metz, USEP Metz Nord and the Banque Populaire de Lorraine sponsor.

To organise such a meeting, each class is asked to reflect on gender equality with their teacher and to: o Create a performance of their choice on the theme of equality between girls and boys. It can be a dance, a poem, a skit, or a play. o Imagine and create a poster on gender equality, o Learn common songs such as "Liberté, égalité, fraternité", "Les Enfantastiques", "Elle me plaît bien comme ça la France" album and Y'a pas d'raison, "Les Enfantastiques", "Kaléidoscope" album.
